That is a good question. Where does one start that has no clue about web page design? First we assume that you have access to a computer and to the internet. Once that goal is accomplished. If you are not used to viewing html for editing purposes it can be very difficult when you want to edit your web page in FrontPage by hand. This is because FrontPage puts in a lot of tags that are not necessary for HTML. Once you find an editing tool that you are comfortable with, then you can follow the users manual to create your page.
